Incentive Amounts
The Yakima Regional Clean Air Agency provides $500 for residents replacing an uncertified wood device with a certified wood or pellet device, $1,000 for replacing an uncertified wood device with a gas device, or $1,250 for replacing an uncertified wood device with an electric device. Low income qualifying residents can receive up to $4,000 to replace an uncertified wood device with a certified wood burning device, or up to $4,500 to replace an uncertified wood device with a gas or electric device.
Program Duration
The program is ongoing until funds are depleted.

Interested applicants should contact the Yakima Regional Clean Air Agency.
Requirements
Residents must have an uncertified device and burn at least two cords of wood during the heating season to qualify.
